二、 研究领域
微生物环境适应新机制及应用：利用反向遗传学、蛋白组学、转录组学和代谢组学等多种相关技术研究真菌在不同环境胁迫条件下特异性调节多不饱和脂肪酸和类胡萝卜素等多种天然生物活性物质合成相关的信号转导途径以及其他相关蛋白，阐明不同环境胁迫条件下这些生物活性物质合成的调节机制，为最终揭示真菌对不同环境胁迫的适应机制打下基础，同时可为进一步通过代谢工程等手段提高菌株中生物活性物质的合成水平等应用研究提供参考。
